The questions we are asked before every contract

Pricing, ownership, timelines and what happens when something goes wrong. If your question is not here, ask it directly — we answer within one business day.

Discovery usually begins within five to ten working days of a signed statement of work. If a delivery pod needs to be assembled from scratch, allow three to four weeks. Advisory engagements can often start sooner because they need fewer people.

A focused build with a pod of four to six people generally runs between ₹18 lakh and ₹65 lakh depending on duration and complexity. Advisory engagements are fixed fee, most commonly ₹4 lakh to ₹12 lakh. We give a costed plan at the end of the blueprint stage, before you commit to the build.

You do, from the first commit. We work inside your repositories and your cloud accounts wherever possible. Where we must host during development, everything is transferred at handover along with credentials, documentation and infrastructure definitions.

Yes. Roughly a third of our work is for clients in the GCC, United Kingdom and Singapore. Our teams overlap with those time zones for at least four hours each working day, and contracts can be governed by your local jurisdiction.

Frequently. We begin with a two to three week assessment of the existing codebase, infrastructure and documentation, then give you an honest recommendation — including the cases where rebuilding costs less than rescuing.

Corporate cohorts are priced per programme rather than per head, typically ₹2.4 lakh to ₹9 lakh depending on duration and whether custom curriculum development is needed. Online cohorts cost less because there is no travel. Volume commitments across a financial year attract standard discounts.

For permanent placements, if the candidate leaves within 90 days for any reason other than redundancy or a change in the role, we source a replacement at no additional fee. For contract placements, we provide a replacement within the notice period agreed in the contract.

We sign your NDA before discovery begins. Our delivery follows ISO 27001-aligned controls, access is role-based and logged, and training exercises use sanitised or synthetic data. We can work under DPDP Act, GDPR and sector-specific requirements such as HIPAA-aligned handling.

Yes. Most clients move onto a managed support agreement with named engineers, agreed response times and a monthly service review. Support is optional — if your team is ready to own the system, we would rather hand it over cleanly.

That is our most requested arrangement. A single statement of work can cover the build, the training that enables your team to run it, and the placement of permanent roles into the supported system, with one commercial owner and one reporting line.
