Royce Corporation Private Limited ("Royce Corporation", "we", "us") is a private limited company registered in India, with its registered office at Level 8, Prestige Tech Park, Outer Ring Road, Kadubeesanahalli, Bengaluru 560103, Karnataka, India. We are the data fiduciary responsible for personal data collected through this website.

2. What personal data we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to run our business relationship.

Data you give us

Contact form submissions: your name, company name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
Correspondence: emails, call notes and documents you share with us during an enquiry or engagement.
Recruitment data: where you apply through our placement services, your CV, work history, assessment results and interview feedback.

Data collected automatically

Server logs: our hosting provider records IP address, browser user agent, requested URL and timestamp for security and abuse prevention.
No advertising or analytics cookies: this website does not set marketing, profiling or third-party analytics cookies, and does not use tracking pixels.

3. Why we process your data

To answer your enquiry. Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
To deliver services under contract. Where you become a client, supplier or placed candidate.
To meet legal obligations. Including tax, accounting, employment and statutory record-keeping in India.
For our legitimate interests. Securing our infrastructure, preventing fraud and abuse, and keeping records of business communications.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your contact details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

4. How contact form data is handled

When you submit the contact form, the data is transmitted over HTTPS to a serverless function hosted by Netlify and relayed by email to our sales team over an authenticated TLS connection. The message is not written to any database on this website, and the function retains no copy after the email is delivered. The resulting email is stored in our business mailbox under the retention rules in section 6.

The form includes a hidden anti-spam field. If it is completed, the submission is discarded without being sent or stored.

5. Who we share data with

We share personal data only with processors who help us operate, each under a written agreement limiting their use of the data:

Netlify, Inc. — website hosting and serverless function execution.
Hostinger International Ltd. — email transport and mailbox hosting for our sales address.
Professional advisers — auditors and legal counsel, where required.
Authorities — where disclosure is required by law or to establish or defend legal claims.

Some of these providers operate outside India. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on contractual safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.

6. How long we keep data

Enquiries that do not become engagements: up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted.
Client and supplier records: for the duration of the relationship and 8 years afterwards, to meet Indian statutory retention requirements.
Candidate records: up to 24 months from your last application, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
Server logs: typically 30 days.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where relevant, the UK and EU GDPR, you may:

request access to the personal data we hold about you;
ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
ask us to erase data we no longer have a lawful reason to keep;
object to or ask us to restrict certain processing;
request a copy of data you provided in a portable format;
withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis for processing;
nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.

Email sales@royce-corp.com to exercise any of these rights. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India or your local supervisory authority.

8. Security

We apply controls aligned to ISO 27001: encryption in transit for all form submissions and email relay, role-based access to systems holding personal data, credential storage in managed secret stores rather than source code, logging of administrative access, and periodic access reviews. No system is perfectly secure, but we will notify affected individuals and the relevant authority where a breach is likely to result in significant harm.

9. Children

This website and our services are directed at businesses and working professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. External links

Our pages link to third-party sites such as LinkedIn, X and GitHub. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their policies before providing personal data.

11. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes affecting how we use data you already gave us will be notified by email where we hold a valid address for you.
